Jeb Bush: Education pioneer?

The former Florida governor was recently awarded the Bradley Prize and $250,000: “The reforms that he put in place during his two terms as Florida governor in many ways lead the country in elementary and secondary education”—according to the Bradley Foundation CEO

Through his Foundation for Excellence in Education, Jeb Bush has been promoting grading schools on an A-to-F scale based on standardized test scores, making reading a requirement of advancing to the fourth grade and giving parents and students private-school vouchers and online courses.

I don’t think he uses Escambia County public schools in his PowerPoint presentation.
