Jewelers Trade contributes $100K to Baptist

The Davis family and Jewelers Trade Shop have committed a $100,000 gift to Baptist Health Care Foundation. The Foundation will name the imaging/cardiology waiting area, which is located on the first floor of the new Baptist Hospital campus, in honor of the Davis family for this gift. The new campus, currently under construction at I-110 and Brent Lane, is scheduled to open in fall 2023.

“We love being able to support this community the way this community has supported us through the years,” said Corbett Davis, third-generation store owner and current president of Jewelers Trade Shop. “We’re grateful for the opportunities that were bestowed upon us. We want to do anything we can to help and be involved in the community. And we get to show our kids the importance of giving back.”

Jewelers Trade Shop has been a well-respected and highly regarded business Pensacola since 1956. Throughout the years, the family has supported several nonprofit organizations and their missions in the community.

“We are thankful to Corbett and Sarah Davis for continuing the family legacy through this transformational gift,” said Mark Faulkner, president and CEO of Baptist Health Care. “It is humbling when families and individuals trust in Baptist to philanthropically support our Mission of helping people throughout life’s journey.”
