Ross Bilbrey, Santa Rosa County Judge, was appointed to the First Judicial Circuit Bench bench by Governor Rick Scott effective July 24, 2012. Judge Bilbrey will assume Division H, Juvenile Division, and be headquartered in Escambia County at the Theodore Bruno Juvenile Justice Center, 1800 St. Mary Avenue effective Monday, July 30, 2012. Judge Bilbrey has served as a Santa Rosa County Judge since March 17, 2006.
Ross Goodman, Circuit Judge at the Theodore Bruno Juvenile Justice Center, will move to the M.C. Blanchard Judicial Building effective Monday, July 30, 2012 to assume Division J which was previously assigned to Judge Paul Rasmussen until his retirement in June of this year.
