Keep Pensacola Beautiful has America Recycles Day event

Keep Pensacola Beautiful and YourTEK Professionals will be recognizing America Recycles Day on Friday, November 15 by collecting hard-to-recycle items from residents and businesses in Escambia County for a free recycling day.

“Our focus for this event is to keep items that can be recycled out of our landfills,” says Kalley Krech, Marketing and Developing Coordinator for Keep Pensacola Beautiful. “Community members can bring ink and toner cartridges, batteries, markers, pens and electronics such as monitors, laptops, phones, PCs and tablets to be recycled by KPB and our partner for the event, YourTEK.”

The event will be held at YourTEK Professionals located at 6425 Pensacola Boulevard from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., rain or shine.
