Marty Donovan really amazes me. He creates havoc, proposes nothing and yet expects to get re-elected.
He has cost the City of Pensacola $10 million dollars in increased construction cost for the Community Maritime Park by delaying its construction by at least three years. Now he warns that maybe the economy can’t support it…an economy that he has led into a downward spiral…maybe led is too strong….maybe watched without doing anything to help revive it.
History has shown us that public works projects can be a critical component to revitalizing an economy. Instead of stopping progress, Marty, why don’t you help us?…but that would involve actually doing some work and getting along with people.
