Kristine Rushing on cost of turnover [podcast]

Beck Partners COO Kristine Rushing discussed on “Pensacola Speaks” the cost of turnover.

“A lot of the studies from 2015 on what it costs to either recruit new talent or to replace a current position, get this, only for an $8-an-hour employee is roughly $5,500,” said Rushing. “With our entry level positions here in our organization, our cost, at a minimum, is about $10,000-$12,000 . From our higher level positions it can definitely double if not triple that.”
