Larry Johnson – not running for Dist. 3

Dear Rick,

I am flattered by my recent mention as a viable candidate for the District 3 House Seat. However, I will not be running for that seat at this time.

As a life long Pensacola resident I will continue to strive to improve our historic and picturesque community.

I feel it is incumbent upon all Pensacolians to work towards attracting good jobs, protecting our environment, improving our education system in a continuing effort to insure a better quality of life for everyone.

I feel the incoming District 3 Representative must also tackle our current insurance and property tax crisis as soon as possible.

Let me make this clear, I am by no means closing the door on future engagements in our city’s political process.

I believe by working together we can make Pensacola a better community for everyone. Wherever my path leads me I will continue to be committed to working towards a Pensacola future generations will be proud to call home.
