The Pensacola City Council runoff is set for Tuesday, Nov. 25. District 4 candidate Larry Johnson will hold a rally at 600 South on Tuesday, Nov. 18 from 5:30-7 p.m. 600 South is part of New World Landing, 600 S. Palafox St.
Larry Johnson beat incumbent Marty Donovan in the general election, 2,138 to 1,769. Johnson fell 254 votes short of winning the seat outright.
