Jeff Galt, president of Maritime Park Development Partners, released the following pdfs over the weekend. They show the latest budget for the park – both summary (Summary – MPDP Project Cost Estimate 3-22-10) and the details (Detail – MPDP Project Cost Estimate 3-22-10-1. He also release an elevation drawing that shows the buildings and main sections of the park will be at an elevation of 14 feet. There will be walkway that will be closer to the water at 8 feet – see DeVilliers Wharf Sections 3-22-10-1.
