League of Women Voters of the Pensacola Bay Area presents Escambia County Supervisor of Elections David Stafford to discuss elections in Florida on Sept. 17 at the Tryon Branch Library.
Stafford served as chief of staff for former Congressman Joe Scarborough before being elected Supervisor of Elections in 2004. He has a B.A. degree from the University of Florida, belongs to a number of associations of election officials and has testified before Congress about military and overseas voting.
