Learn more on Syrian refugees in Jordan

On Wednesday, Sept. 23, a Jordanian professional in close contact with international humanitarian workers will speak in Pensacola regarding educational programs for Syrian refugees in Jordan.

The international visitor specializes in youth programs and will be in town as part of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program.  She will be hosted locally by the Gulf Coast Citizen Diplomacy Council.

The event is free and open to the public but reservations are required as seating is limited. For more information on the event, scheduled to take place from noon to 1 PM at the downtown Pensacola library, contact the Gulf Coast Citizen Diplomacy Council at 850-595-0817.
