LifeView Group has earned its third consecutive Military Friendly® Employer designation for 2025, highlighting its ongoing dedication to supporting military personnel and veterans through employment and services.
The nonprofit organization serves the military and veteran community through three specialized affiliates:
Lakeview Center, Northwest Florida’s leading behavioral health provider, delivers comprehensive services including counseling, psychiatry, trauma care, substance misuse treatment, and 24/7 crisis support. In October 2024, they partnered with Home Base to provide no-cost clinical care for veterans and military families.
FamiliesFirst Network assists military families in adopting children from foster care, while Global Connections to Employment (GCE) creates nationwide employment and training opportunities for people with significant disabilities, including war-wounded veterans.
GCE currently employs 120 veterans across multiple states, working at military bases, commercial businesses, and healthcare facilities. Veterans receive dedicated support through employment navigators, a Veterans Employee Resource Group, and individualized accommodations to ensure long-term success.
LifeView Group’s commitment has earned multiple recognitions, including a 2024 VETS Indexes 3 Star Employer designation. GCE is listed in the National Resource Directory, maintains Virginia Values Veterans Certification, participates in Army Partnership for Youth Success, and serves as a Department of Defense Skillbridge provider.
