Do you shop local, bank local, and eat local? Now its time to “Listen Local”. The Maritime Cultural Arts Division is hosting a mini “locals-only” music festival to showcase the variety and talent of our local musicians. We will be accepting 8 to 10 local bands or musicians – that is bands or musicians based within a 100 mile radius of Pensacola. If you are interested in participating as a musical act, please contact Heather Chenoweth at 436-5676 or by email at hchenoweth@cityofpensacola.com. You will be asked to complete an application packet and submit a CD of recorded music. Musicians or bands who do not submit a CD with a complete application packet will not be considered for participation in the event.
