Levin Papantonio Rafferty’s years of fighting for clean water is paying off. A national settlement in the amount of
$1.185 billion has been reached between Dupont, Chemours, and Corteveva and the Plaintiffs Executive Committee in the Aqueous Film-Forming Foams (AFFF) Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 2873).
