“The Community Maritime Park Board under the leadership of new Chairman Eddie Todd made significant progress today toward finalizing site layout concepts, project budgets, and construction schedules for the Park, and the project developer, Maritime Park Development Partners, produced the required performance bond commitment letter. Today’s meeting was a model of efficiency and genuine public involvement, due in no small part to Chairman Todd, and I believe the citizens of Pensacola and the City Council will be well and effectively served by the “new” CMPA.”
