PENSACOLA, Fla. – Escambia County Warrants Task Force partners have taken Douglas Albert Manning, 47, and Leah Giannotti Manning, 40 into custody at 12:30 local time this afternoon in Colorado. The couple was being sought for outstanding warrants for sexual assault, lewd and lascivious behavior and child neglect. They are being held at the Fremont County Jail City in Florence, Colorado awaiting extradition to Escambia County.
