March Gallery Night, PMA Block Party cancelled

March Gallery Night Pensacola Event Cancelled Due to Coronavirus Concerns

Art Show, Dance Performances & Local Business will be showcased in ‘Virtual Gallery Night’

Valued merchants:

We regret to inform you that due to city restrictions on large permitted events between 3/16 and 3/30, we will not be hosting our Gallery Night event on March 20.

The City of Pensacola issued a statement on March 12 suspending all events with an attendance of 500 or more in response to urging by Governor DeSantis related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). The city’s suspension of events will be reevaluated on March 30.

We will be hosting a ‘Virtual Gallery Night’ event all day March 20 to promote local artists, performers and businesses. If you would like your business promoted on this day, please reply to this email and tell me about any specials, discounts, events etc you are having. We know that this time has been and will continue to be a strain on local business and we want to help as much as we can.

OPENING RECEPTION BLOCK PARTY POSTPONED

The Pensacola Museum of Art regretfully announces the postponement of our Members Show reception, Poppy Garcia’s solo-exhibition opening and the Block Party live mural painting scheduled for 3/13/2020. Due to safety precautions and community concerns in regards to COVID-19, we will be rescheduling these events for a later date. Please stay tuned for further information and a new reception date announcement in the coming days.
