Markhams to block release of images

Ashley Markham, the daughter of Bud and Melanie Billings, has asked the courts (Case 2009 CA 002655) to stop the public release of the images taken from the surveillance cameras of inside the Billings’ house, where the murders of her parents took place. The images of at least one minor child were captured during the robbery.

A special hearing will held at 3:30 p.m. in the chambers of Judge Michael Jones to determine the images will be made public when other documents related to the case are released tomorrow by the State Attorney’s office.
