Statement by Maritime Park Development Partners
We are pleased that the comments regarding the DRAFT agreement are consistent from City Manager Al Coby, city staff, city consultant Barry Abramson, CMPA board and CMPA consultant Owen Beitsch.
The MPDP development team has reviewed the comments and feel confident we can work through these last remaining items and reach a final agreement in the best interests of the city and Pensacola residents with MPDP as its developer.
We are looking forward to the City Council workshop on Wednesday, Jan. 28 to reach consensus.
