Hi Rick – I was looking at your blog and saw the item about the CMPA selecting the master developer. Just to clarify, the written submissions will be evaluated and the board can choose to select the top rated firm, if there is a clear selection, as with the Design Criteria, or (and more likely), the board will select which of the respondents to invite to make an oral presentation in the near future.
