Mayor Ashton Hayward has already borrowed $15 million for paving program

According to City of Pensacola Public Information Officer Vernon Stewart, the City of Pensacola has already borrowed $15-million to compete 10-years’ worth of paving in three years. Here is a copy of the City’s appeal to Gov. Rick Scott and Florida Cabinet – City of Pensacola Appeal.
