Mayor Hayward mum on lawsuits

This morning at 8:45 the Independent News sent the following request to Mayor Hayward’s Communication Administrator, Tamara Fountain:

What is the mayorâ€™s statement on the lawsuits filed by Seville Harbour and Merrill Land?

As of 3:45 pm, we had not received a reply.

Disclosure: Two parties in the lawsuits, Ray Russenberger and Collier Merrill, have a combined interest in the Independent News of 7 percent.
