Mayor D.C. Reeves, Booker T. Washington High School, and Pensacola High School invite you to the third annual Mayor’s Bowl on Friday, Aug. 25, celebrating the longstanding football rivalry between the two local high schools.
Started in 2021 by former Mayor Grover Robinson, the Mayor’s Bowl gives the winning team bragging rights and possession of the Mayor’s Bowl trophy until next year’s game.
Mayor Reeves will have the honor of doing the coin toss on Friday, and he will be joined by former Mayors Grover Robinson and Ashton Hayward for a pre-game pep talk for both teams. Escambia County Public Schools Superintendent Keith Leonard and Deputy Superintendent Shenna Payne will also be in attendance.
