Award-winning filmmaker Dayna Reggero of the Climate Listening Project brings her latest documentary Gulf Coast Love Story to Pensacola on Wednesday, July 19. Healthy Gulf is hosting the screening at 5:30 p.m. at the downtown Pensacola library.

- Dayna Reggero is an award-winning documentary film director and healing listener who lives in NW Florida. She is a graduate of the University of West Florida and began appearing with animals on WEAR-TV at only 19.
Salon.com wrote of Dayna: “By trade, Dayna Reggero is an environmentalist. Her work ranges from filmmaking to beginning her career as a spokesperson. Why it matters: Gulf Coast Love Story brings to the screen the hopes and struggles of Gulf Coast communities on the front lines of fossil fuels and climate change. The film listens to a poet, chef, musician, dancer, photographer and painters along the beaches and the bayous of the Gulf Coast.
