Melton doesn’t like McWaters move

Dear Democrats:

Todd McWaters sent an e-mail today to his address list and the media, including the St. Pete Times, saying he was supporting Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Charlie Crist. The pertinent part of his e-mail is below in blue.

“Let me be clear: My decision to…support Charlie Christ is not based on “sour grapes” from losing the Primary — hardly….

,Bottom line: Charlie Christ will be Florida’s next Governor, and as a member of the Coalition, I would like to continue to see our Democratic values in the Panhandle represented, recognized and addressed.”

Nough said.
