Missing campaign sign mystery solved

funny protest sign
Last week I reported that someone in a gray pickup track took two large campaign signs for Michele Inere from the corner of Ninth Avenue and Olive Road.

This morning, Lamar Brazwell, owner of the shopping center at the corner, called to clear up the mystery. He had the signs taken down and stored for the candidate to pick up. Inere’s campaign had failed to get permission to place the signs on his property.

“I have nothing against Ms. Inere, but we have a policy that candidates or their supporters should get permission before putting signs on our property. Otherwise our properties will be littered with campaign signs.”
