According to an Inweekly/Political Matrix poll of 142 likely voters in Pensacola City Council District 4, Jared Moore still holds the lead with 27.5 percent.
Who will face Moore in a runoff is still up in the air. Peter Gaddy has 14.1 percent and Chris Phillips with 12.7 percent.
The amount of the uncertainty among District 4 voters still prevails with 38 percent saying they don’t know the candidates and 7.7 percent saying they are still undecided in this race.

METHODOLOGY:
The persons sampled were likely voters in Pensacola City Council District 4 per the primary and general election cycles. They were called using an Interactive Voice Response system during the hours of 2-8 p.m. August 5-6. The phone numbers called were provided by Escambia Supervisor of Elections Office. The Margin of Error for this study is +/- 6.5 percent with a confidence level of 95 percent.
