County Commissioner Jeff Bergosh says more parties are interested in buying OLF-8. The current high offer is $38 million.
“We’ve got three additional interested parties,” said Bergosh. “Now, none of them have pressed an offer across the table yet, but there’s one from the midwest, one from out west, and another local. So my fingers are crossed, but in the next couple days, there could be additional offers coming in. It’s very exciting, and it’s a big win for this community and for the county.”
