The MSNBC show “Morning Joe” is broadcasting live from The Fish House this morning. They will be on air until 11 a.m. The coffee is hot and Bagelheads has provided the bagels.
I dropped in this a.m. at 5:15 and there were about 15 people in the restaurant. By the time I left at 6:45, the place was packed. Ended up sitting right – not on purpose – at table that was visible whenever Joe and Mika were on the air.
At 5:15 – in the room were Joe’s parents – who got on the show briefly at the end of the first hour; PYP members: Jason Crawford, Cat Outzen, Marina Paul, James Hosman; John Peacock, Jamie Bristow, George Scarborough. Later Supervisor of Elections David Stafford and ECUA board member Lois Benson showed up. Troy Moon and a photographer were there from the PNJ.
There were a few technical difficulties for MSNBC in the beginning but it was fun to watch the production.
