ISAAC IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 12 MPH…19 KM/H…AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT DAY OR TWO WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED. ON THE FORECAST TRACK…THE CENTER WILL BE NEAR OR OVER THE LOUISANA COAST TONIGHT OR EARLY WEDNESDAY.
