News: Storage tank from Deepwater Horizon washes

Panama City News Herald reports: “Bay County’s first tangible landfall from the Deepwater Horizon crisis is not tar balls or oil plumes. Instead, itâ€™s a storage tank officials think was onboard the Deepwater Horizon rig when it exploded and sank off the coast of Louisiana in April.” Read more
