No dadgum judge knows better than Evers

State Sen. Greg “Lock-n-load” Evers (R-Baker) is upset that a federal judge placed an injunction on his gun law that prevented doctors from asking their patients if they had a gun in their homes. After all, Amendment 2 (Right to Bear Arms) to the Bill of Rights is a higher number than Amendment 1 (Freedom of Speech).

Evers told the Daily News, ““I believe that the judge has misread and misunderstood what the bill actually does.”
