All County Commissioners were present.
Recommendation Concerning Roads, Inc., of NWF Versus Escambia County –
Alison Rogers, County Attorney
RECOMMENDATION: That the Board take the following action concerning
ratification of the scheduling of an Attorney/Client Session to discuss Roads,
Inc., of NWF versus Escambia County:
A. Ratify the scheduling of an Attorney/Client Session for May 15, 2008, at
3:45 p.m.; and
B. Ratify the advertisement in the Pensacola News Journal on Sunday, May
11, 2008.
Both were approved unanimously.
