I’ve had to step in and moderate more comments than usual lately. I want to remind those who choose to comment on this blog that this isn’t pnj.com, gulf1.com or WCOA.
The goal is to debate and discuss issues. Personal attacks, racists comments and any other vitriolic posts will be deleted. I guess I should expect this whenever I post anything about African-Americans, the poor, homosexuals or liberals.
Argue points with facts…and humor, if possible.
Who decides what gets posted? I do. If you don’t like it, post elsewhere. Every now and then something will slip by. I freely admit that it’s a subjective decision on my part on what is allowed to be posted.
Note: I have a moderation program that reviews posts when I’m away from my computer. At times it may put your comment in a hold file for me to review later. It doesn’t mean that I have deleted your comment..just that the software believes I should read over it first. It is an imperfect program, but I can’t sit at my PC all day.
