Pamela Long Wiggins arrested for bigamy (Updated)

Pamela Long Wiggins – who has already been charged with being an accessory after the fact in the Billings murders – has been arrested today on bigamy charges. She posted $5,000 bond. The charges were filed in Okaloosa County by the State Attorney’s Office.
