Panhandle for Bernie opens Pensacola campaign office

This Saturday, March 5, Panhandle for Bernie will have the Grand Opening Ceremony and open house from noon to 3 p.m. The headquarters is 4595 Spanish Trail Rd. Suite 211.

From the campaign:

Panhandle for Bernie has been active in the Pensacola area for the last several months bringing attention and support to Bernie Sanders’ Presidential campaign. In addition to distributing campaign materials and hosting phone banks, you may have witnessed some of their rallies they hold at least twice a week, their painting of the “Graffiti Bridge” on multiple occasions, or maybe been visited by some of their positive and enthusiastic door to door canvassing.

Panhandle for Bernie, an unaffiliated grassroots effort organized by local citizens in the greater Pensacola area and spreading across the Florida panhandle, will be having a Grand Opening ceremony of their office being used in support of the Democratic Presidential Candidate Bernie Sanders. The recently opened office in Pensacola, at 4595 Spanish Trail Rd. Suite 211, has regular office hours between Monday and Saturday, from Noon to 5pm and is available for appointment to host phone banks and other grassroots activities. Sarah Coutu, administrative director of Panhandle for Bernie says, “With this office we intend to be an informational hub for District 1, Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, and Holmes Counties, for phone bank training and help with their local efforts. It is our hope to have Bernie’s name recognized throughout our Congressional District through our volunteer efforts.”
