Pap hits home run – Jesus Camp interview

JCamp Pensacola attorney Mike Papantonio did well on Good Morning America this morning. He was part of an segment on the documentary Jesus Camp. He was joined by camp director Becky Fischer.

Becky took the stance that the kids weren’t being manipulated. They were just passionate for their faith when they’re seen crying and speaking in tongues on film. She didn’t see herself as political, but as being biblical in her teaching.

Mike warned of the dangers of mixing politics and religion. He worried that the kids were being used as political pawns. And no religion should impose their beliefs on the laws governing the rest of us.

After the segment was over, ABC filmed two more segments during the commercial breaks to be used later in the week.

I hope to have the interview loaded up on YouTube soon so you can see it for yourself.
