The Party on the Plaza is back to celebrate the Pensacola Ice Flyers Game 1 of the SPHL Championship Finals. Arrive early for the festivities before the game this Thursday, April 10th at Pensacola Bay Center.
Party begins at 4:30 pm on the front plaza near the box office and will continue until puck drop. There will be inflatables for the kids, contests, food and beverage specials and even an area to make signs for you to cheer on the Flyers during the game.

Pensacola Ice Flyers return to the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) President’s Cup Finals for the third straight season and look to repeat at champions. The schedule for the 2014 Presidents’ Cup Finals between the Pensacola Ice Flyers and the Columbus Cottonmouths has been set. The 2014 matchup pits the last two champions against each other as Columbus won in 2012 and Pensacola won last season.
Game One will be played Thursday, Apr. 10 at 7:05 p.m. Central Time (CT) at Pensacola Bay Center. Game Two will be played on Saturday, Apr. 12, at 6:30 p.m. CT at the Columbus Civic Center in Columbus, Ga. If necessary, the deciding Game Three will be played in Pensacola on Sunday, Apr. 13 at 6:05 p.m. CT.
Fans are encouraged to wear white as all playoff home games for the Ice Flyers are aimed to “White Out The Hangar.”
