PenAir Credit Union has counter checks

I received a phone call from a Pen Air Credit Union customer who told that the credit union still offers counter checks, and she recently got 10 of them from her branch.

To verify it, I called the credit union, and they confirmed Pen Air Credit Union offers counter checks.

But John R. Johnson told us he was forced to pay his qualifying fee with a cashier’s check.

“In the past, with your campaign repository, you could write a counter. They stopped issuing counter checks, so the only thing I could do was get a cashier’s check.”
