The NCAA has hit Penn State with $60 million in fines and banned the football team from any bowl games for the next four years. The money will go toward a fund for victims of child abuse. The team will also lose 10 football scholarships per year for four years, be placed on probation for five years and will vacate 112 football victories, all its wins from 1998-2011.
