The Melbourne Airport Authority today offered the executive director’s position to Pensacola International Airport Director Greg Donovan. Florida Today reports that he was the unanimous choice of the six authority members. The pay scale listed for the job is between $129,000 to $163,000 annually.
Donovan had been with the city of Pensacola a little over a year. He replaced in February 2013 Melinda Crawford who had accepted a similar position at Charlottesville Albemarle Airport in Virginia.
Just in case you are wondering, the Melbourne International Airport has two restaurants РThe Runway Grille, a full-service, deli-style restaurant and bar located in the atrium and the Gate 1 Bar and Caf̩.
