The Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce proudly announces the launch of its newest and most radiant initiative yet: RADIATE: Leadership Lab, a leadership development program created to cultivate compassionate, confident, and service-driven leaders rooted in the values of hospitality and community.
- With a focus on leading with warmth, purpose, and generosity, RADIATE is designed for professionals who not only want to grow in their careers but also shine as beacons of hospitality and excellence in the workplace and beyond.
Nominations are officially open and will be accepted through August 31, 2025. Applications will be sent to nominees immediately following the deadline and are due by September 30, 2025. The inaugural class will be announced on October 15, 2025.
Created in collaboration with the leadership development experts at Colere, RADIATE blends professional instruction, real-world leadership tools, and values-driven team building to support individuals working in front-line, customer-facing, or management roles.

Each session includes high-impact leadership lessons, team-building activities, and shared meals that encourage relationship-building and connection.
