Charley Young, the “unstoppable Southern Girl with New York City Grit“, will debut her first album, Phoenix Rising, next month. The release date is Sept. 13 and is available for pre-order on Apple iTunes.
Young is playing 9 p.m. tonight at 5 1/2 Bar, 5 East Garden St. She is also playing the Vinyl Music Hall 6th Anniversary show, Friday, Aug. 26, at 7 p.m. Both concerts are free.
