The Pensacola Children’s Chorus, under the direction of Susan and Allen Pote, is pleased to announce its upcoming choral concert, The Angels Sing, Sunday, February 23, beginning at 2:30pm at the Pensacola Saenger Theatre.
Audience members will experience the soaring voices of over 300 singers, ages 8-18, which make up the 7 choirs of the Pensacola Children’s Chorus. The diverse programming includes classical composers, including J.S. Bach, Rossini, and Leonard Bernstein, as well as current composers David Brunner, Mark Hayes, Jeffrey Ames and Allen Pote. Several multi-cultural songs will also be presented representing such countries as Greece, Israel, Venezuela, Italy, and Africa.
