Pensacola Habitat for Humanity has announced a new partnership with Levin Rinke Realty to help more local families achieve the dream of homeownership through an innovative program called “Home for Good.”
The collaboration brings together two community-focused organizations with complementary missions. Levin Rinke Realty’s network of more than 400 agents will now be equipped to identify and refer prospective homebuyers who may not qualify for traditional market purchases to Pensacola Habitat for Humanity’s specialized programs.

How It Works
Through Pensacola Habitat for Humanity’s programs, partner support and subsidies help reduce the overall cost of homes, creating affordable homeownership opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach for income-qualified buyers. This partnership essentially creates a pathway for families who fall into the gap between traditional financing and their homeownership dreams.

Since its founding in 1981, Pensacola Habitat for Humanity has built and renovated over 1,700 homes in the area. The organization offers unique financing opportunities alongside HUD Certified Housing Counseling and Community Development Programs.
