Pensacola Little Theatre has announced its 80th season and will feature 11 performances that cover a range of stories, from cult classics and Broadway blockbusters, to literary and holiday favorites.
Since 1936, the Pensacola Little Theatre has provided theatrical experiences that have entertained, enriched, and educated adults and children right here in Northwest Florida. This year, the theatre celebrates their 80th season since being established as part of Franklin Delano Rooseveltâs âNew Deal.â
The new season is the culmination of the hard work of an all-volunteer committee that has worked to bring a season full of popular shows to the community theatre.
âPLT has a great group of volunteer artists who have been reading and researching for months to bring this new season to Northwest Florida,â says Kathy Holsworth, Pensacola Little Theatreâs Artistic Director. âI am so proud to lead our directors and designers in producing the stories and shows they are passionate about.”

Season ticket packages for the 2016-2017 season are now available and may be purchased by calling the box office at 850-432-2042. Season subscribers have the option of choosing between a Traditional Season Pass and a FlexPass. Traditional subscriptions include early reserved seating, invitations to behind the scene events, ticket exchanges and a free gift.
Single tickets for individual productions go on sale August 1, 2016 and can be purchased over the phone, on the website or by visiting the box office Monday through Friday from 10:00a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Discount tickets are available for active duty military, students, and seniors 65 and older. Also, join PLT for âTheatre Thursdayâ where all Mainstage and Treehouse series regular priced adult tickets are half off.
