Pensacola Navy Days Celebrates Military Heritage

Pensacola Navy Days, presented by Navy Federal Credit Union and the Pensacola Ice Flyers, returns this spring to honor the rich military heritage of the Greater Pensacola Area. This annual event highlights the bond between the local community and Naval Aviation Station Pensacola, along with all branches of the military stationed there.

As the United States Navy and Marine Corps gear up to celebrate their 250th Birthdays later this year, and NAS Pensacola prepares for its own bicentennial in the coming year, Pensacola Navy Days stands as a testament to the enduring relationship between the Pensacola community and its military members, both past and present.

“Navy Days was established to provide the local community with a vehicle to recognize and honor those warriors who have for over two centuries lived and worked among us in times of peace and war,” said Capt. Daniel McCort USN (ret), President of Navy Days 2025.

The event kicks off with Pensacola Gallery Night on Friday, April 18, themed for Navy Days/Military Appreciation. This year’s celebration continues with a series of events including a Pensacola Blue Wahoos game, a Golf Tournament at A.C. Read Golf Course, the black tie Night at the Museum Gala at the National Naval Aviation Museum, and a full day of family fun on Saturday, May 10, with a 4K run/walk, a parade and a family fun fest.

“Let us come together this spring to further enhance the relationship with our military that we have so carefully cultivated over time,” furthered McCort. “Let’s make Navy Days an event to remember and a memory that our military will cherish.”
