Last week, the Waterfront Rescue Mission Board of Directors announced the closure of its Women’s Center, end of its Career Development Program, and the restructuring of its Men’s Recovery Program. The reduction in revenues from its Recycle Center that funded these services at no charge to the public forced the decision.
