Pensacola TV Pitch Competition

Chris Jadallah of Calliope Films made contact with Greenlight Go, and some of their producers have taken a big interest in Pensacola and Pensacola talent.

Dig Deeper
Delve into the intricacies of TV creation alongside industry titans Colby Gaines and Michael Hirschorn. Colby Gaines, the dynamic co-founder of GreenlightGO and owner of Back Roads Entertainment, brings an extensive track record of over 30 successful series, specials, and pilots, including hits like “50 Central” (BET) featuring music icon 50 Cent, “Big Bad BBQ Brawl,” and “Joking Off” (MTV).

GreenlightGO co-founder Michael Hirschorn, also the decorated CEO of Ish Entertainment, will discuss the process of building his multi-Emmy Award- winning portfolio, which includes groundbreaking projects such as “Kill Chain: The Cyber War on America’s Elections” on HBO and “Gringo” on Showtime.

The top 6-10 pitches chosen will have 5 minutes to pitch in front of the judges and live audience from the main stage at Pensacola Little Theatre. You can use a pitch deck, sizzle real, a combo of both, or whatever you see fit for your project, as long as it doesn’t exceed 5 minutes. You will have access to a TV or projector for judges and audience to see. Then you will receive feedback from the judges.

There is no single winner. The 6-10 pitches chosen to pitch live win the opportunity to pitch to the panel and get real time feedback. You are now connecting with a team of producers who can advise and help you find the next steps to make your show a reality. There is NO GUARANTEE that any of these shows will be produced. However this is THE step to have the chance to make that happens. Could you pitch the next show that this team wants to produce? There is only one way to find out! Come put Pensacola on the map with your hit show idea!
