For a first time event, the statistics impressed all parties.

Ben Galecki, Owner and CEO of Pensacon, stated, “We have received nothing short of glowing feedback from the vendors, attendees, volunteers and celebrities about this event. Many say this was the ‘best run con’ they have ever been to. We could not have done this without the tireless dedication of the Pensacon staff and volunteers, but also the SMG staff at Pensacola Bay Center. Not only is this the only location in Pensacola to host an event this size under one roof, but the building staff are pros at what they do and took great care of us. We can’t wait to do it again.”

Pensacola Bay Center is excited to begin planning Pensacon 2015.

Cyndee Pennington, SMG/Pensacola Bay Center General Manager, commented, “Months and months of planning went into this event and it was well worth it. The Pensacon staff was very thorough and professional. We are extremely pleased with this event and the economic impact it had in the Pensacola area during the shoulder season.”

Pensacola Bay Center and Pensacon have already put dates on hold for Feb. 27 – March 1, 2015.
